Dr. Andrea Armstrong is a trusted colleague of mine. I worked with her directly for approximately 8 months during our internship at which time I saw Dr. Armstrong demonstrate superb skills as a primary care provider. She is very caring and friendly which created an environment that the patient’s enjoyed. During my time working with Dr. Armstrong I received regular care and chiropractic adjustments from her. We gladly accept most health insurance. For those patients who choose to pay for their own care, we offer very affordable rates and flexible payment plans allowing access to high-quality care for you and your family. We also provide discounts for same-day payment.

We are providers for:  Humana, HealthEOS, MultiPlan, Aetna, Medicare, Badgercare, United Healthcare, WEA Trust and others.  If you do not see your plan listed, please contact our office as we may be participating providers through a differently named PPO.
