I had an ankle injury one year ago that required me to have surgery. After the surgery, the ankle had limited range of motion and was painful. I saw Dr. Armstrong and she was able to relieve the pain and tightness in the joint. I had a procedure called Gua Sha done to my ankle. She explained to me that this would break up adhesions and scar tissue that was causing my pain and limited range of motion. It was so nice to have someone actually listen to my concerns and take time with me. I never felt like she was rushing with my treatment. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Armstrong to my friends and family.
